1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product is in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and components.
Refunds for custom or 3D-printed items are only issued if the item is defective or incorrect.
A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Custom or 3D-printed products.
Digital downloads or software.
Final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Contact Us: Email us at contact@morphed3d.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the product if applicable.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 1-14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@morphed3d.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
