Refund policy

At Morphed 3D, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or 3D-printed products are non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect.
  • A proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@morphed3d.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is eligible, we will provide authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package and ship the item to the return address below.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the item does not meet our return conditions, a partial refund may be issued or the item may be returned at the customer’s expense.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom 3D-printed or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Final sale or clearance items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
