1. Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom and 3D-printed orders may require additional processing time, typically [X] days depending on complexity.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 1-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 1-30 business days (varies by location)
- Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

✔ International (select countries) – Additional fees and customs duties may apply.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Morphed 3D is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
6. International Shipping & Customs
- Customers outside the USA are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- If an incorrect address is provided, and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Shipping Damage
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
